1. Acceptable use

FluxGrab is a general-purpose tool intended to help you save media that you own, have created, or are otherwise legally authorized or licensed to download for personal, offline use. You agree that you will:

• Only download content you have the legal right to download;
• Comply with all applicable laws, including copyright law; and
• Respect the terms of service of any third-party website or platform you use.

You agree that you will not use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights, to redistribute or sell content you do not own, or for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you download.

2. No affiliation

FluxGrab is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any third-party video platform, website, or brand. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Licenses and plans

The Service offers a free plan with usage limits and a paid "Pro" license. A Pro license is sold as a one-time purchase granting a lifetime license to the purchasing user for personal use, subject to these Terms. Licenses are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable provider's terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website or file. Third-party sites may change at any time and affect functionality.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxGrab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any misuse of downloaded content by you.
