We want you to be happy with FluxGrab. Because a free plan is available for you to try the core experience before purchasing, please evaluate it first. That said, we offer the following refund terms for Pro purchases.

14-day money-back guarantee

If FluxGrab Pro doesn't work for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Just email us with your order ID.

How to request a refund

Send an email to support@fluxgrab.com from the address used at checkout, including your order ID and a short note about the issue. We'll process eligible refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

• Requests made after the 14-day window may be declined.
• We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
